Terms & conditions.

These terms apply to all quotes, assignments and agreements with Sharp Creations, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

1. Definitions

"Sharp Creations" is the contractor; "client" is the party giving an assignment. "Agreement" is any arrangement between both parties.

2. Quotes and agreements

Quotes are without obligation and valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise. An agreement is formed after written (or email) approval of the quote.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Invoices are paid within 14 days of the invoice date. For larger projects we may invoice in instalments.

4. Performance and delivery

We perform the assignment to the best of our knowledge and ability. Stated timelines are indicative and depend partly on timely delivery of content and feedback by the client.

5. Changes and additional work

Work outside the agreed scope counts as additional work, is coordinated in advance and charged separately.

6. Intellectual property

After full payment, Sharp Creations transfers the rights to the delivered work to the client, unless agreed otherwise. We may use the work as a reference, unless white-label has been agreed.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment. We are not liable for indirect damage or damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information from the client.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties treat confidential information confidentially and do not share it with third parties without consent.

9. Governing law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
