What data do we process?
- Data you enter yourself in a form or email: name, email address, company name and the content of your message.
- Technical data about your visit (such as IP address and browser type), anonymised and only after your consent for analytics cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
- To answer contact requests and deliver a quote or service (performance of a contract).
- To improve our website via anonymised statistics (based on your consent).
- To comply with legal obligations (such as bookkeeping).
How long do we keep it?
No longer than necessary. Contact data is kept while there is a relationship or ongoing project; administrative data according to statutory retention periods.
Sharing with third parties
We use processors that help us deliver our service, such as hosting (Google Firebase / Google Cloud) and email. We have data processing agreements with these parties and share no more than necessary, within the GDPR framework.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access control.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to processing, and to data portability. Email info@sharpcreations.nl and we'll respond within the statutory term. You may also file a complaint with your data protection authority.
