What does an AI assistant cost?+
A simple Q&A bot trained on your site starts around €3,500. An extensive assistant with lead qualification and CRM integration from €7,500. Monthly usage costs are usually €30-€150 depending on volume.
Which AI model do you use?+
We work with Claude, GPT-4o and Gemini — chosen based on the case, costs and data residency. For EU-data-only we can use Azure OpenAI or a European deployment.
Is my data used for training?+
No. We work with APIs that have 'no training' explicitly switched on (OpenAI Enterprise, Anthropic API, Azure OpenAI). Your content stays yours.
Can the bot also hand off to a human?+
Yes. We build hand-off to email, HubSpot, Slack or a live-chat tool. A good bot knows when it doesn't know everything.
Does it work in multiple languages?+
Yes. The big models are multilingual out of the box. We do tune the tone per language and test for accuracy.
How quickly can you start?+
Usually within 1-2 weeks of an intro call. We work in short rounds, so you'll see something concrete within a couple of weeks.
